At Natalie Angela Jewellery, we strive to provide you with exquisite jewellery pieces crafted with precision and care. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged stones once they are in your possession. If such an unfortunate incident occurs, replacement of stones will be at the customer's expense.

Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, if you encounter any manufacturing defects within one year of your purchase, we are committed to rectifying the issue.

Sizing adjustments to ensure the perfect fit for your jewellery will incur a charge, so please make sure that you are ordering the correct size. Please kindly note that if the ring size you select turns out to be incorrect, we cannot assume responsibility for the discrepancy. Some of our rings will not be able to be sized and the maximum a ring size can be altered is 2 sizes up or 2 sizes down.

Repair services are exclusively available for the jewellery items purchased from Natalie Angela Jewellery. The cost of repairs will be determined case by case.
