How do I take care of my jewellery?

Discover the care guide card included with every purchase. To prevent damage, remove your jewellery before engaging in activities such as exercising, swimming, or cleaning. Avoid exposing your jewellery to harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and hairsprays. This keeps your jewellery clean as well as protects your stones and metals from being damaged.

To clean your jewellery at home combine warm water and a small amount of dish soap in a dish. This will cut the dirt and grease that accumulate on your jewellery. Use a SOFT toothbrush to clean under ring settings or all over. Rinse and pat dry with a soft towel. This solution is generally safe to use on most jewellery items. However please do not soak pearls in this solution. If you have questions or concerns on how to properly care for your piece please feel free to reach out via email and ask!

I can't find my size!

We would be happy to provide your size in select designs. Some of our designs are one of a kind and will not be reproduced. If you see a design you like and are wondering if we can make it to fit you, send us an email and we will be happy to assist you.

How do I find out what my ring size is?

You can visit a local jeweller to be properly sized, if you do not already know your size. If you are ordering a gift for someone you can take a ring that they currently wear to your local jeweller to have them tell you the size.

The ideal fit for a ring is when the ring slides on with comfort and catches slightly at the knuckle when trying to remove it. Your knuckle is what holds the ring in place and it should not feel constricting at the base of your finger.

How often should I get my jewellery cleaned and inspected?

The general rule is once a year. If you have bent or knocked a setting and see or feel that a stone has come loose, feel free to reach out to us or bring it to your local jeweller to have it inspected and repaired.
