Custom Order

Are you looking to have a unique piece of jewellery made? Whether you are looking to have your wedding rings or engagement ring custom made, or perhaps a fun one of-a-kind statement piece, I would be happy to collaborate with you to bring your vision to life. 

Custom jewellery orders will take 4 - 5 weeks to complete from the time you give a deposit. 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before a CAD is sent to you, or I start working on your piece.

Delivery of your finished item is complimentary within Langley and Abbotsford, B.C. Otherwise your finished jewellery piece will be mailed to you free of charge via Priority Canada Post, tracked and insured.

What to expect:

To start a custom order or to inquire about a quote, send me an email with as many details about your desired design. Screenshots of inspiration photos or your own sketches are welcome! We will set up a time to discuss your ideas over zoom or in person to start the design process. If necessary we will have a 3D CAD of your custom design created. You will receive 1-2 images of this CAD to be able to see your item before it is made in metal. That way if any changes need to be made to the design, we can do that before casting. In saying this, CAD work is outsourced and done by a CAD designer (not me) and they do charge per CAD. So an allotment of 2 revisions will be allowed before an additional charge is applied to your order. A CAD is done when your jewellery item is made through the lost wax casting process. If the piece is going to be hand fabricated you will receive a sketch of the final product done by myself. Hand fabricated jewellery does not include receiving a CAD.

Pricing:

Custom jewellery created in silver starts at $350.00, and in 14k gold the price starts at $1500.00 for a simple design. Prices will vary depending on the complexity of the design and how many stones will be set, as well as what type of stone you choose. Tax is applicable to all sales, no exceptions.

Refunds:

Custom work is non-refundable. Due to the personal nature of a custom design I will not be able to refund your order, so please make sure you are happy with the design when you receive your final CAD images. 

Re-designing Heirloom Jewellery:

I am currently not working on re-designing your heirloom jewellery. I do hope to include this in my services in the future, but for the present I am unable to accept this work. This includes using your old gold/ silver in the new design.
